Why is my purchase on backorder?
Because of the nature of our business, an item purchased may be on backorder from the designer and, while rare, it is possible that we might not be notified of the inventory levels at the time of your purchase. As soon as we are notified that an item purchased is on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail of an approximate shipping date and will be given the option to wait or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, a refund for the full purchase price plus any applicable shipping charges will be processed within 24 hours.

Do you sell wholesale?
No, Darling Pet Boutique does not sell wholesale.

Do you have a catalog?
No at this time we do not. However, we will be working on one this year.
